About Reverend Rebecca
Rebecca is currently a Staff Minister at Centers for Spiritual Living Palm Springs. Her duties include facilitating Soul Sisters, a women’s empowerment group she started in 2012, leading Daily Spiritual Practices, and serving as a board member of the center.
Rebecca graduated from the Ernest Holmes Institute, San Diego as a licensed Center for Spiritual Living Minister in 2018. During her studies, she worked at the Seaside Center for Spiritual Living in Encinitas, where she worked under Dr. Christian Sorenson and served as the Director of Compassion Care. She also was given the great privilege to support Dr. Christian on Sunday mornings with monthly power talks and weekly announcements. In addition, she handled all merchandising for Catch, the spiritual bookstore.
Rebecca was born and raised in Minnesota. After working for the IRS, she met and married Ajit and began her next chapter as a corporate wife. Over the next 30 years, the DuPont Corporation moved their family 15 times across the globe from Wilmington, DE to Shanghai China. During those years, Rebecca raised two children and served on many community boards, PTA’s, and school boards around the world. She also served as a volunteer for a large Children’s hospital in Wilmington, DE in the ICU serving the children and their families.
Rebecca’s world travels and life experiences reflect her belief that “Wherever God guides, he provides; for the good we seek is seeking us.”
